In researching the brief for the British Council Secondary Plus films, we have searched for brands who present the youthful, dynamic image that we are striving to achieve. We feel that this is the cool direction we need to take the brand in order for young people to completely re-evaluate the British Council’s offering.
Below are three films (not by us) which encapsulate the contemporary nature of the films we aim to produce. Fun, happy, clean, international. We would be looking at a similar live action approach to the PUMA film, and a modern graphic style akin to the STA film, though using kinetic typography as an overlay as in the third example.
